Street  Photography

The images that are captured by a photographer in an adjacent street or locality is what you think is street photography. Well, it's not absolutely what you are thinking. But, somewhat it is what the name suggests. The key to street and documentary photography is that a photographer has to refrain from disturbing the subject that he is about to capture. It is practiced with spontaneity and it aims at documenting people performing their normal activities in public places.

A street photographer must understand the nature of the place where he decides to click photographs of this kind.
Some of the essentials of street photography are:

• Central topic or theme that dictates

• Setting

I consider street photography an opportunity to portray the complexities and multiple phases of life where we humans find ourselves at different points of time.
